“My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights back in October last year and found Carol and Bert to be most welcoming and friendly, the farm is delightful and you really get that country feel. The breakfast is everything you want in an english breakfast and while eating breakfast you can watch the ducks out by the pond. We found it a perfect base for visiting Rye as we were there to visit family nearby. Would hope to stay again soon!"
“Stayed here for three night while we did a mini tour of the area. Again hosts Carol and Bert were fantastic nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful breakfast sets you up for the day. Chalet type room had room to relax after being out for the day. Love the ducks and other animals plus the very friendly dogs. If you are looking for a B&B in Rye then this is the place to stay.”
